At the end of 2024, leaders of Trescal Group and General Manager Mr. Guo Lianggen, together with all employees of Zhongce, gathered at the Zhong'an Radon Hot Spring Resort Hotel in Lian'an to witness another milestone in the company's development journey - "Phoenix Nirvana Setting Sail Again, Towards International Exhibition Splendor". This is not just a celebration, but also a baptism of the soul and a vision for the future. It marks the rebirth of our enterprise in the face of challenges, the leap forward in change, and the brave step towards the international stage, showcasing the unique style of our Zhongce people.

一、总结会：凤凰涅槃再起航，走向国际展风华

1、 Summary meeting: Phoenix Nirvana sets sail again, heading towards international exhibition glory

  公司高层领导上台发表了激情洋溢的主题演讲。他们回顾了过去一年中公司在技术创新、市场拓展、团队建设等各方面取得的显著成就，并深刻剖析了过去一年中的不足以及未来的挑战。会议上郭总回顾了2024年的业绩篇章，如配合特斯科集团完成并购、高效完成两次CNAS评审、实现了业绩的稳步增长、内部管理层面进行了精细化的调整等等。同时郭总也对2025年提出了五点要求：1.提高认识:树立国际品牌形象。2.战略目标:打造亚太地区一流计量中心。3.调整战术:由守转攻。4.双驱发展:业务和技术。5.开辟新赛道。

The senior leadership of the company delivered a passionate keynote speech on stage. They reviewed the significant achievements of the company in technological innovation, market expansion, team building, and other aspects over the past year, and deeply analyzed the shortcomings and future challenges of the past year. At the meeting, Mr. Guo reviewed the performance chapter of 2024, such as cooperating with Trescal Group to complete mergers and acquisitions, efficiently completing two CNAS reviews, achieving steady growth in performance, and making refined adjustments to internal management. At the same time, Mr. Guo also put forward five requirements for 2025: 1. Enhance awareness and establish an international brand image. 2. Strategic objective: To build a first-class metrology center in the Asia Pacific region. 3. Adjust tactics: shift from defense to attack. 4. Dual drive development: business and technology. 5.
