市场监管总局近日出台支持福建建设两岸融合发展示范区标准计量认证认可七条政策措施，聚焦标准、计量、认证认可领域，促进规则、规制、管理、标准共通，助力两岸融合发展。

The State Administration for Market Regulation recently introduced seven policy measures to support the construction of a demonstration zone for cross-strait integration and development in Fujian, focusing on the fields of standards, measurement, and certification, promoting the common use of rules, regulations, management, and standards, and supporting the development of cross-strait integration.

在进一步推动两岸标准共通方面，支持福建建设两岸标准共通服务平台，为台资企业开展标准化辅导，鼓励两岸产学研企共同制定两岸共通标准，大力培养两岸标准共通专业技术人才，支持台湾地区标准化专家参加有关技术工作组。在加强两岸碳计量技术交流与合作方面，发挥国家碳计量中心（福建）作用，开放共享碳计量资源，共同应对国际碳关税政策壁垒。在提升认证认可能力服务两岸经贸融合发展方面，鼓励和支持两岸在福建共同成立合格评定机构，逐步推进两岸互认进程，采信台湾认证机构有关认证结果。支持平潭综合实验区扩大对台湾方面认证结果的采信试点。在促进闽台经贸深度融合方面，探索创新两岸标准、计量、认证认可等领域的交流合作模式，在福建定期开展合作活动，不断丰富合作内容。

In further promoting the common standards between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, we support Fujian in building a service platform for common standards between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, provide standardization guidance for Taiwan funded enterprises, encourage industry, academia, research and enterprises on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to jointly develop common standards between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, vigorously cultivate professional and technical talents for common standards between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and support standardization experts in Taiwan to participate in relevant technical working groups. In strengthening the exchange and cooperation of carbon measurement technologies between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, we will leverage the role of the National Carbon Measurement Center (Fujian), open up and share carbon measurement resources, and jointly address international carbon tariff policy barriers. In terms of enhancing certification and accreditation capabilities to serve the development of cross-strait economic and trade integration, we encourage and support the joint establishment of qualified assessment institutions in Fujian, gradually promote the mutual recognition process between the two sides, and trust the certification results of Taiwan's certification institutions. Support the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone to expand the pilot program for accepting certification results from Taiwan. In promoting the deep integration of economic and trade between Fujian and Taiwan, we will explore and innovate exchange and cooperation models in the fields of cross-strait standards, metrology, certification and accreditation, and regularly carry out cooperation activities in Fujian to continuously enrich cooperation content.

七条措施的出台，契合两岸融合发展的现实需要，促进标准规则等共通，将让越来越多的两岸同胞使用同一份技术标准，落实同一套管理规范，不断密切经贸融合，增进两岸同胞福祉。

The introduction of the seven measures is in line with the practical needs of cross-strait integration and development, promoting the common use of standards and rules, and will enable more and more compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to use the same technical standards, implement the same set of management norms, continuously strengthen economic and trade integration, and enhance the well-being of compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
